Healing Complexity
Virtual Coaching for busy individuals
I work with people who are navigating real constraints… and who are ready to make decisions that hold up in real life.
No hype. No bypassing. No performance. Just real support that makes a difference.

This is a space for grounded, trauma-informed work.
My approach is candid, contained, and rooted in lived experience, ethics, and accountability. I don’t trade in spectacle or spiritual bypasses. I work with what’s real—systems, patterns, power, nervous systems, approval, security, and control.
Areas of exploration can include career, finances, health, family, friends, relationships, personal growth, fun, recreation, and spirituality.
Humans are complex, dynamic, emotional beings. As a coach, I bring my extensive life experience and professional dedication to each session in the support of your highest good. Despite this, not all clients will be a good fit. If we are not a good fit or if something is outside my scope, I will say so and help you find appropriate support.

How
I work
I don’t position myself as an expert over your life.
I work alongside you through exploration, to strengthen your clarity, discernment, and agency.
My work often includes:
-
clarifying values
-
strengthening boundaries
-
decision-making in complex environments
-
rebuilding personal and financial agency
-
interrupting inherited or conditioned patterns
-
integrating intuition with practical reality
- Sessions are online, or in person if local
This work is collaborative, direct, and grounded in responsibility—yours and mine

Who this is for
This work is for people who are capable, perceptive, and tired of contorting themselves to keep the peace.
Many of my clients are:
-
individuals looking to break their own glass ceiling personally and professionally
-
women in partnerships who feel diminished, minimized, or stuck
-
people navigating financial dependence or constrained choices
-
parents breaking generational patterns while still parenting in the present
-
individuals who have learned to doubt themselves—and are ready to stop
Often, they don’t need motivation.
They need clarity, steadiness, and permission to trust what they already know.

Who this is not for
This work is not for everyone.
It is not for those who:
-
want reassurance without responsibility
-
are unwilling to examine their own patterns
-
expect transformation without participation
-
are looking for a charismatic leader instead of their own authority
- Unwilling to invest in themselves
I will challenge assumptions when necessary and name constraints honestly.
Working together
All work begins with an initial consultation to assess fit. In that conversation, we:
- Complete a life assessment
-
clarify goals and scope
-
discuss context and constraints
-
determine whether working together makes sense
-
outline possible formats and commitments
This is intentional.
Not everything needs to be forced—growth happens when we find the right fit.
